Daniel has a degree in Physical Education Teaching at the University of Almería, and in the absence of a year to graduate in Advertising at the University of Murcia. He has been in the Real Estate Sector for more than 5 years. Since 2019 he started the NewHome Real Estate Services project, he is its manager. His work is the organization of work, the incorporation of new ideas, documentation management and organizer of visits. He is also in charge of the acquisition of real estate, social networks and the Negotiation part. His day-to-day life is effort, work and improvement.

Raúl has a degree in Business Sciences from the University of Alicante. He has a Master's Degree in Financial Advice from the University of Deusto and various courses in taxation taught by the financial institution focused on personal income tax, Successions, Companies, non-residents ... With more than 11 years of experience in the financial sector, he knows perfectly the steps to follow in a sale and all the problems and their solutions that may arise from the operation.
In charge of the sales department, from the initial visit with the client to the home, until the signing at the notary's office, he accompanies our clients throughout the purchase and sale process, and also now taking charge of the new project in the search for financing for our clients.
Resolute and effective, it is the recent incorporation to the Newhome team, which makes us take another leap in the advice and comprehensive management of our clients.
